How do I download subtitles?
Viddly allows you to download closed caption subtitles as a separate file or embed them in the downloaded video. Please follow these steps to download subtitles:
Find a video with closed caption subtitles.
Click on the CC icon in Viddly:
Select the language you wish to download from the list of available languages.
To embed subtitles in downloaded videos, follow these steps:
Open Viddly and go to the settings menu.
Click on Preferences.
Go to the Downloads tab and activate the option "Embed subtitles in video".
If this option is active, downloaded subtitles will be embedded in the videos instead of being downloaded as a separate file. Enjoy!
