How do I activate Viddly Plus?

First of all, we'd like to thank you for your purchase!

To activate the key you purchase, just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open Viddly and go to the menu Version

Step 2: Click on "Upgrade to Plus Version". You will be shown the following window:

In this window, you can add the activation key that you should have received via email after making your purchase. If you have not received your activation key, please contact support (chat or email) with the links at the bottom of this page.

Step 3: Click "Next" and enjoy Viddly Plus!

Question 3

I am having problems with updates...

If you are having problems with the new version of Viddly, you can try this:

Disconnect from the internet
Open Viddly
Go to Settings > Preferences
Deactivate this option:

| This will stop Viddly from updating itself.

||| Please note that these updates are to provide stability and fix major issues to Viddly, and we don't recommend having this option always turned off.

Question 4

I paid, but didn't receive my Viddly Plus key. What now?

When you purchase Viddly Plus you should receive your key in the email you used when making the purchase. If you did not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or unwanted email folder.

I can't download a video. Help?

If you are having trouble downloading a video from YouTube, here are some things to check before contacting support:

Is your computer connected to the internet?
Is the video private? If so, Viddly cannot download it.
Does the video still exist? If you are trying to download a video from a link, perhaps the video has since been removed.

Please include any screenshots of the error message that you might have, as well as the URL of the video you are trying to download. The more information you can give our support agents, the quicker we can fix the issue!

How do I transfer my key to a new PC?

Each Viddly Plus key can be activated on up to two PCs. I

f you wish to transfer your Viddly Plus key to a new PC, here's what you have to do:

Open Viddly Plus and go to the Version menu, then click on Deactivate Viddly Plus. Now you can use your key on your new PC!
