How do I activate Viddly Plus?

First of all, we'd like to thank you for your purchase!

To activate the key you purchase, just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open Viddly and click on the Go Plus icon in the upper left corner

Step 2: If you already have a key, click on Activate your License:

In this window, you can add the activation key that you should have received via email after making your purchase. If you have not received your activation key, please contact support (chat or email) with the links at the bottom of this page.

Step 3: Click "Next" and enjoy Viddly Plus!

I can't download a video. Help?

If you are having trouble downloading a video from YouTube, here are some things to check before contacting support:

Is your computer connected to the internet?
Is the video private? If so, Viddly cannot download it.
Does the video still exist? If you are trying to download a video from a link, perhaps the video has since been removed.

Please include any screenshots of the error message that you might have, as well as the URL of the video you are trying to download. The more information you can give our support agents, the quicker we can fix the issue!

How do I transfer my key to a new PC?

Each Viddly Plus key can be activated on up to two PCs. If you wish to transfer your Viddly Plus key to a new PC, here's what you have to do:

Open Viddly Plus and go to the Setting menu in the upper right, then click on Version and now click on Deactivate License. Now you can use your key on your new PC!

If you no longer have access to your old PC, you can reset your key by going here and pasting the key you wish to reset.

I paid, but didn't receive my Viddly Plus key. What now?
