I can't download a video. Help?
If you are having trouble downloading a video from YouTube, here are some things to check before contacting support:
Is your computer connected to the internet?
Is the video private? If so, Viddly cannot download it.
Does the video still exist? If you are trying to download a video from a link, perhaps the video has since been removed.
